The hotel is nice but the location is a bit out, if you don't have a car that will not be convenient because the public transport bus is around 800ms away walk. The buffet breakfast is good value if the room package is included it

This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us). It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy. At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again.

酒店稍微偏一點但是價格很優惠 衞生上有些蟲子什麼的（蜘蛛蟑螂），但是澳大利亞的酒店多多少少有點蟲子問題 服務還有待改進。第一天我們和前台説不用鋪床但是還是發現鋪床了

There was a large parking lot to park cars. The check-in was smooth and quick. Our room was located on 3rd floor and there was no lift...The room was spacious and clean and was facing golf course with a pond. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was good and the price was reasonable. It was raining on the next day and as there was no shelter from the room to the reception, we were a bit wet when walking to the reception for check-out. Overall, good!

環境非常好，空氣清新宜人。房間大，床品衞生均很好，主要是有個陽台，可以不出門就享受清新自然的空氣。距離市區也就幾公里

Hotel offers a nice location for golfers given its right next to the golf course and everything along the Gold Coast is in close vicinity. The resort has various buildings with three floors, there is no elevator in the different buildings and you will be asked to carry your luggage up to the rooms via the stairs. The rooms itself need an update especially the bathrooms. There is no active ventilation of the bathrooms which gives an odd / wet smell to the rooms. You find a small sticker on the mirror telling you to close bathroom door after showering as fire alarm might be triggered from the water vapor and you would be charged if it sets off an alarm which is highly ridiculous and questionable. Room cleaning did not happen every day after cleaning lady once knocked at 8:15 on the weekend despite requesting even via their app which they said afterwards will not work. We found hairs and dirt on towels and new bed sheets so cleaning standards were not sufficient. They have two free tennis courts which is nice but the provided rackets were half broken and balls super old. Breakfast food is below average, no decent coffee and cleaning of dining room was bad (eggs on floor etc). Despite included, we decided not to have breakfast there after the first day. Free parking is nice. We will not stay again as it was overpriced for what it is in our view and rather 3 star standard.
